Chopper is a modern-day reimagining of the headless horseman from Sleepy Hollow. A troubled young bartender starts seeing ghosts after taking a strange new drug with supernatural side effects at a Daytona Bike Week party. She is stalked by a headless poltergeist on a motorcycle who collects the souls of sinners.
